One of our machines is a consew 206rb5 which we have been using for about a year

the fabric is starting to slip on turns sometimes

the spring screw on the top is all the way in and we rigged it to press harder

I think it worked better for a few days but today there was some slipping in a few spots

does any one know what the problem could be?

Not sure about 'slipping on corners'.  I would have to see the operation being performed with your operator, machine, and materials in some cases.

I do want to ask...how have you rigged your 206RB for more presser foot pressure?
